Wash with care = on low heat. The inside downs may be clumped together when you remove from the washing machine. All you need to be is put it in the tumble dryer with 2 tennis balls and this will disperse the feathers where they should be and fluff up again, alternatively air dry and wear it and the feathers will go back into place. This is a common occurrence with downs feather jackets, do not be alarmed.
