REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund, or exchange, your item must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your parcel from us. They must be full priced items, as sale items are non refundable, but an exchange or credit note can be issued. The item or items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no marks or damage. Items may be tried on but not used, they must be sent back in the original clear bag packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected and all is fine, we will then process your exchange or refund. We do reserve the right to delay or refuse to process items that arrive in an unacceptable condition, washed garments are not accepted.

When the return has been approved and is for a refund this will be processed automatically to your original method of payment, banks usually take around 4-10 days. The amount of time it takes is controlled by the banks and not unfortunately in our control. This is the same with all online retailers.

To return the item to us - Please go onto your CT account on our website and select the item or items that you wish to return for a refund or exchange.

Please fill in the questions, send the request to us and we will accept within 48hrs and we will attach on your account which then emails you a return label for you to print, it is a pre paid label.

Attach this to the front of your parcel. Then take to the post office and they will scan the barcode and give you a tracking receipt.

Also please print the returns form and fill in and put inside your parcel or the return cannot be processed. We need the correct information to locate your order.

If you unable you to print your own label or do not have an account then please write the above info on a piece of paper and put inside your parcel, then return your item to.

EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS Purchases made between 1st November until 25th December can still be exchanged or returned. until 25th January.

Sale items are non refundable, but a credit note can be issued or an exchange item made and sent to you.
