Refund policy
RETURN YOUR ITEM IN THE UK
- The purchase was sent back to us within 30 days of purchase date.
- The product is in original condition with clear bag.
- The product is unworn and unwashed
- No signs of makeup, deodorant, smoke or animal hair.
- CT Equine are unable to offer free returns
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it was received faulty or incorrect
- We will post out the first exchange free of charge for UK orders. Further exchanges will be liable for shipping costs.
- We recommend sending returns by a reliable trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit.
- Sale Items are non refundable
- Please allow 7-10 working days for a refund to show on your account
- Returns are processed within 7 working days

You can return unwanted items with the completed returns form in this link, or please include a handwritten note with your return containing the following information:
- Your full name
- CT Order Number
- Address (if exchange is required)
- Email address
- What you are returning and if you wish to receive a refund or exchange
Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please state this clearly on your form along with the new item you would like. We will contact you if the item you need to exchange for is not available and we will offer you alternatives or a refund.
Events or Shows Items purchased at an event or show must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for items purchased at shows or events, only store credit.
Faulty Items please contact us immediately by email to: info@ctequinecollection.com so we can investigate. We will be able to send you a pre-paid return label.
Sale Items are non refundable, but we can offer a credit note on your account or a discount code to use in our store.
International Orders If you are not from the UK then the return policy still applies as above, where the customer is responsible to return the items back to us and advisable to use a tracked method, as the items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. We can then process the refund once received and checked.
Please print out the returns form and fill out your details as stated above or write a note and put in the parcel
The only difference with international customers is that we don't offer exchanges. The customer would need to reorder the item they want to change it to.
EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS -Purchases made between 1st November until 25th December can still be exchanged or returned. until 25th January. Sale items are non refundable.
